Rikki was a delight to have in our home working. He was exceptionally tidy (fastidious?) and always packed up the site to a compact ordered zone each day. He arrived on time and worked efficiently with the sequencing of coats. We found it easy to discuss aspects of the job with him and he was very responsive to changes. There was only minor detail to rectify in an otherwise very satisfactory completion.
