Hi, I’m Tim, founder of Beaton Bros Property Services.

I’ve always enjoyed working with my hands and taking pride in a job well done. I started out installing timber flooring and carrying out handyman work, spending around 5.5 years helping people improve and maintain their homes and properties.

Wanting to challenge myself and learn a new trade, I moved into the electrical industry and completed a four-year apprenticeship. Over the past 6.5 years, I’ve worked as an electrician across a wide range of projects throughout Otago, including electrical maintenance, fault finding, CCTV systems, traffic signals, and ITS infrastructure.

Today, Beaton Bros brings together those years of experience to provide reliable electrical, property maintenance, flooring, and outdoor services. Whether it’s a small repair or a larger project, my goal is simple: turn up when I say I will, communicate honestly, and deliver work I’m proud to put my name to.
