Deck restain

Job was done incorrectly and after a lot of excuses, he finally agreed to refund my money. Admitted he had never stained a deck before but "had to start somewhere ". He did not clean it correctly, if at all, and I have had to get another tradesman to strip his stain, clean it correctly and re-stain in. Extremely disappointed at Luke's dishonesty and lack of skill.
