Came out to apartment prior to attaching door to measure and yet on the day of affixing this, the door did not fit frame and so had to be chiselled to fit, on site. Additionally, it took him literally 4-5hrs to attach a door, and one of two door locks was not secured; to date, it remains loose and door us not contoured to frame. Tried to charge 20% GST and altered charges after quoting. Lastly, itemisation of invoice was highly questionably. Overall, underwhelmed by his workmanship.

underestimated the difficulty of the work required. Had to call in a third person to assist with the job. slight edge damage to adjacent soffit and new sheet. new sheet not sitting flush in gutter lip. wouldn't recommend for tricky or heavy work.
