Fantastic customer service. Andrew was very helpful and informative with the new security screen door, as well as a retractable insect screen for a new window. It was a bonus to discover he also works at another company called Window Art, as they could make the blinds for the window as well! Highly recommended.

Andrew the Angel, to the absolute rescue who repaired my old, suddenly broken insect screen at his workshop within a day, in fact within just a few hours. His experience really shows and the price for the repair was so reasonable too. Most of all, I really appreciated that he had seen a missed call on his business number the morning of the incident, and actually called me back to offer help.
