Additional step needed to reduce tread rise height

We’ve just been told by our gas provider that we need another step built for their delivery person to get the bottle up to the connection point. Looking for a quote to build one step that matches with the others in the attached photo. The step needs to be put in to reduce the height of the 360mm one as they say that it should have a 2:1 tread depth to tread rise and that the maximum rise should be 125mm.
