Jake was great to deal with and did our job in 2 stages , and we worked this out together. Overall finish was awesome . There was a bit of trouble with the grouting at first, coming out darker than it should, but Jake fixed this up no problem. Work was delayed sometimes because it of damp weather . When I asked Jake to sharpen his pencil with the 2nd stage quote, he obliged, and also took off a rubbish dump fee he had put on at the end (but had not mentioned to us) Would definitly use again.
