HI there name is Nathan Day, I am a 29 year old and i have been building for the past years mostly focusing on residential for the first 8 years then i moved into the commercial sector.
For the past years I have been focusing on more smaller jobs I.e Fences, Decks Joinery And Cladding but I am open to all jobs from even minor landscaping, Painting, Rubbish Removal, to setting up flat pack furniture or installing a garden shed or carport. I strive to remain a keen and hard worker and i pride myself in having excellent customer service.
As i am new to the buiderscrack thing i will be offering low priced work for a benefit of receiving good reviews as builderscrack is reviewed based so please ask about the discounted rate in return for a 5/5 reviews please.
With all jobs i usually take a 70-80% Deposit upon contract completion to provide a start date, 20-30% remainder is expected to be paid before completion or at the latest day of completion.
I Source and deliver my own materials unless specified otherwise by customer also rubbish removal can be included along with other additions if specified.
