Window Flashing Installation

Had some flashing work done. It was a somewhat difficult job for them to complete as we had done some of the work prior which made their finishing work a little harder (in my opinion). There were a couple of misunderstandings along the way with measurements of flashings, and the work got completed over a few weeks which was longer than I expected, however I imagine they had other work in the middle of all that which is common for contractors. Overall happy with the end result.

Spouting repair

Mike Allan was paid $5000 as a depositi to do this job, He pulled off the rotten wood but never came back to finish the work , with excuses month after month as to why not. I have engaged a large established company who have completed the work . I have asked for a repayment of $4000 from the deposit but Mike has not done so. This is a scam and theft, incompetence in work and I would not recommend this company ever.

Repair a leak on the flashing of a concrete roofing

The idea of putting a fresh new flashing over and above the existing one was Mike's idea to stop water leakage through the cracks on the flashing of roof joints . However I have yet to ascertain its efficacy in the days to come only after some heavy rain downpour is expected. As regards the installation and workmanship. of the flashing it was carried out very professionally. I recommend Mike Alan of Roof Maintenance Auckland for roof leakages issues.
