Disappointed with the deceitful and unprofessional conduct and workmanship. Dismissed them from the job and engaged a professional tiler recommended to me by Tile Shop. Workmanship deficiencies identified by new tiler: - A layer of shower tiles were not removed (instructed) - Waterproofing was applied over the top the old tiles, was applied to a damp shower, bandages were missing from some junctions, and waterproofing could be removed with a finger - Aqua gibboard was not used (instructed)

Really disappointed with the quality of the workmanship. Even with efforts to correct the clear areas of improvement, there remains to be spots left incomplete. Because this work was done in my kitchen, the most used area of my home, I'm reminded of this shoddy job EVERY day. Highly disappointed.

Unfortunately the sub contractor did not have good English comprehension so was difficult to explain what was wanted. Consequently the finished job was completed in haste and the finished outcome could be better. The contractor had good and speedy communication. The cost was very expensive for a small quick job that took less than 1 hour.
