Kitchen floor tiles
Floor and Wall Tiling Castor Bay, North Shore

Hamish and crew were lovely. However grout keeps cracking between tiles and tiles uneven. They tried to fix with different grout down one line, but new cracks are appearing and grout is crumbling away. He says it's because our house is shifting, but we have no problems with other tiles in our house. Won't return calls now to fix. Might be good for other work, but do not use for tiling.

Exterior Waterproofing Remuera, Auckland

Horrible team. They have quoted and accepted the job at low price, but then never turned up for the work and never responded. Had to eventually spend 6 times more to get it sorted with another team. These guys should be banned from the construction industry.

Ceiling hole repairs and architreve/scirting tidy up 2
Plasterboard Repair Sandringham, Auckland
1.0

Terrible workmanship not one part of the job was completed to a satisfactory standard. Gin holes patched in ceiling are all visible and poorly finished. Painted walls all have to be repainted. Outside areas were not prepped at all - they painted over rust without treating. Painted over leaves, moss and pealed paint. All had to be scraped back and repainted. When job went bad Hamish avoided my calls. Finally agreed to reimburse some of my deposit. So stressful,Would not recommend to anyone.

Poor poor poor. Good communication initially, but as the job came closer had terrible communication, assured me he was still coming then disappeared last minute, his sister (!?!!?) who barely spoke English offered to do the job instead! Shocking.

Fresh Face for Flooring
Floor and Wall Tiling Saint Heliers, Auckland

There was a big problem with communication. Dates of commencement changed. Tiles coming in were not supervised. Hamish didn't answer his cellphones. He did answer email. It appears he outsourced this job and then did not pay his workers from what I paid him. He is currently in Queenstown and these workers are not able to contact him.
