Hello,
Before the quakes; foundations, slabs piles and floors were an area well over looked in all areas especially when they were heading "south" which was ultimately described as 'acceptable' however, we know now that is not the case and it is having an immense affect on sales and prices.
We at ProRise being Christchurch based, specialise in re levelling of slabs, ring foundations, re pilling, jacking and packing repairs and replacement.
For too long underfloors have been so wildly overlooked, whereas they should have been under looked.
This area beneath your house is a major contributor not only in the deterioration of the health of your home but most importantly the health of your family.
We can advise you as to why your house may be damp, cold and full of mould and offer solutions to remedy.
And of course if your floors are uneven, doors are rubbing on the carpets or will not shut or the windows bind on the sills, foundations cracked, spalling or simply broken then we most certainly can help identify the reason and offer you a solution.
