Very disappointed that despite me making multiple attempts to contact them to make a time - there was a lack of communication and effort on their part. I had to phone them to confirm the appointment after there was no response to my text messages or my messages through Builder's Crack. Just another no show - not happy with the poor customer service.

Great initially but very disappointed when given the job mid June (requiring it end of June), that it took quite a bit of chasing to set a date to finally receive a txt saying; sorry don't have time to do it before August!!! He could have told me right from the start that he was too busy to do it by the time I required it by.
