Leaking toilet cistern

The tradesperson did not show up for the first date and time agreed upon and there was no communication from them as to why. When I filled in a no contact form on Builderscrack, the tradesperson contacted me and we arranged another day and time, which he did not show up for as I did not reply to his text (I didn't hear the notification). As I told him in later communication, I will get some one else as I had made sure some one was home both days at the time specified. Not happy, won't recommend
