I am an experienced Building Surveyor, Architectural Designer, and Chartered Building Engineer, with over 30 years experience in construction. Being a weathertightness expert and Government contract Assessor as well as the above, allows me to deal with the full range of property issues, including condition surveys, weathertightness failures, remediation design, new property design, mediation and adjudication attendance, and so on. My professional standing is supported by the memberships I carry, including NZIBS, ADNZ, DANZ, RICS, CIOB, CABE and am a LBP in design with the NZ Government registration.
