Some rainwater coming into the house from the top of a window frame, flashing looks fine, but potentially a problem with a skylight above?
We need to stop water entering the house. Via faulty spouting and pipes and water entering the property from further up the hill? Really a plumbing job First I need an assessment. I live in Bay of Plenty. I am doing this to help the elderly owner

We have rain leaks coming in through roofs
Our back door area on the south side of our house down the hallway smells mouldy when it rains. We have had it checked by sustainability trust and they said the house didn't have a rising damp issue and we also recently got window seal to make sure the door is water tight. I pulled up a little of the carpet by the door and it's drafty and I think there is some rot. Would be great to get someone round to take a look and give a quote to fix.
I need someone to fix a leak into my garage. I've had seek a leak do an assessment and located the two to three leaks. It's the cedar weatherboard and corrugated steel roof. The report can be sent to potential repairers.
I need someone to fix a leak into my garage from deck above. I've had seek a leak do an assessment and located the two to three leaks which are where the house joins onto the deck. It's the cedar weatherboards that join the deck to house that need re sealing and some flashings. The report can be sent to potential repairers.
Apply waterproofing membrane around a skylight over existing flashing a roof material (corrugated iron). Approx 900mm/600mm skylight with 150mm skirt needs perimeter waterproofing applied to it. Want it siliconed, then 3 layers of waterproofing including embedding fabric. Alternatively a rubber torch applied system is good too. Must bridge all existing flashing and seams and go up the skirt of skylight penetration. Melrose location and urgent. Single storey, easy access. Expec...
I have an issue with water leaking from our top floor toilet door frame when there is a heavy rain, there usually have no leaks when the rain is not too heavy. I would need a builder to do some investigating around the ceiling area and fixing the leak.
In previous roof repair butynol was not fixed properly under new iron and has come loose in gales resulting in tear about 400m long in roof valley. My builder tells me one ridgeline ought to be replaced at sometime too.
We have a small porch area that leaks in a particular spot during heavy rain. Also around the door area this can leak too

Hi, we have a leak under our sliding door. Water is coming in when it's raining and soaking the carpet. We need a tradesman who can reseal the outside underneath the sliding door and make sure it's all watertight along the aluminium frame and the deck. The quote will need to be approved by our body corp (only 6 owners).
Leak in ranch slider around floor. Quite a big leak in the rain we have had.
A large basement is leaky.
I have an issue in the roof where there has been moisture coming into the ceiling cavity. I noticed this due to some moisture staining on the plaster board inside. I’ve had someone come round and cut a couple of holes in the ceiling to get a better a look into whats happening but I’m keen to get a second opinion. He took some photos which I have attached so hopefully that helps. Half the house is double story and the other half is singe. The issue occurs where the roof butts into the seco...
We have Identified a leak in our garage that we would like repaired. Garage is situated under the main house.
We have two north west facing windows in our bedroom that appear to be leaking when it rains heavily. We have noticed small amounts of water pooling on the windowsill. We are after the most cost effective fix for this problem as our home frequently sees the worst of the Wellington weather. The first window is approximately 1.5m wide by 1.3 high. The second larger one is about 2.2m wide by 1.4m high.
There's a leak in my roof. I don't think it's very big, but I don't have a ladder to go up into the roof cavity area and check. So I'll need someone to go up from the inside, take a look and seal it. Would be really great if you can do it today.
In rain following earthquake, noticed leak coming through corner of skirting board on ceiling above stairs and dirty water marks down internal wall. No attic above stairs in area of leak so roof (concrete tiles) probably needs investigating.
One of the bedrooms in our house has damp carpets on one side. On the edges it looks like there is bit b of mould. Need to check for water damage.
I have a leak in my ceiling, most likely caused by a roof leak - no plumbing in the area above. water accumulating in the ceiling, dripping through the gib board.
Hi, i have a leak in my basement that is is under the kitchen and washhouse area and that side of the house where the basement is, is underground. The leak is where there is a corner and the skirting board has come away for both ends where the corner meets. This is the first time i have seen a leak which has formed into a puddle today. Can someone advise what the best things to do is or who is the best person to look at it.
We have had some flashing repaired on our roof, but it looks like the chimney flue needs to be repaired/replaced as there is still a leak.
