Roof patch

Apply waterproofing membrane around a skylight over existing flashing a roof material (corrugated iron). Approx 900mm/600mm skylight with 150mm skirt needs perimeter waterproofing applied to it. Want it siliconed, then 3 layers of waterproofing including embedding fabric. Alternatively a rubber torch applied system is good too. Must bridge all existing flashing and seams and go up the skirt of skylight penetration. Melrose location and urgent. Single storey, easy access. Expect $200-300 estimate
