Leak - underneath a sliding door

Hi, we have a leak under our sliding door. Water is coming in when it's raining and soaking the carpet. We need a tradesman who can reseal the outside underneath the sliding door and make sure it's all watertight along the aluminium frame and the deck. The quote will need to be approved by our body corp (only 6 owners).
