Balcony restoration

Hi We have a balcony where the tiles are all broken from wear and tear that needs to be replaced (we want something more sturdy than tiles) and the waterproofing membrane either needs to be resealed (it's leaking in some areas) or completely replaced. The balcony is approx 165cm wide and 5.5m long. We would like someone who can fix it before the weather gets wet and cold again. The sooner the better. Thanks

Check if commercial building roof has leak as water stain upstairs kitchen floor

Would you please visit my commercial building 817 Jones Road Rolleston to check if the roof has a leak issue. Upstairs tenant Motor Trade Finance has sent photo of water stain on lino that appeared Mon 24/7/23 after big weekend of rain. Man hole is near leak. Please invoice Towness Investments Limited --- . Roof leak?

I have just discovered a small area of my ceiling in my kitchen sagging a little and mouldy - so there must be some water getting in via roof somewhere. I’ve attached a photo of where I think water may be getting in as it is in the general area of the damage.

Roof /ceiling job, and general repairs

Our dining area has sprung a leak. The roof has a hole in it which needs fixed, the leaking water damaged a ceiling which needs repaired. There are some other general repairs as well - pantry/cupboard doors need re-attached, hole in a wall and a damaged doorway. There are some problems with the kitchen sink faucet so there will be some plumbing too.

Roof and ceiling repair

Our roof has started leaking in one place. The roof is tiled with large 'metal' tiles. The leak needs to be located and the ceiling onto which it has dripped will need repairing. (Note: the ceiling had a hole in it prior to the leak being found. Ceiling probably damaged by someone dropping something on it when in the roof.

Leaking Bath Repair

My upstairs bath / shower has been leaking I guess since post-quake and certainly since before we moved in (3 years). Once the water made it through the garage ceiling it was time to take a look. No stranger to DIY, I thought, I'll just get the bath out and see what is going on. Now it's clear the job is probably beyond my skill set. I need someone to complete the removal of the bath and find out what is going on beneath / behind it - find the leak! This might involve replacing some floor board...
