Would you please visit my commercial building 817 Jones Road Rolleston to check if the roof has a leak issue. Upstairs tenant Motor Trade Finance has sent photo of water stain on lino that appeared Mon 24/7/23 after big weekend of rain. Man hole is near leak. Please invoice Towness Investments Limited --- . MTF tenant contact details for access to building is Dan Groundwater --- . Tenant can't see any wall damage or water stains in toilet area (behind sink). Thank you Vanessa Townsend ---
