Leaking Bath Repair

My upstairs bath / shower has been leaking I guess since post-quake and certainly since before we moved in (3 years). Once the water made it through the garage ceiling it was time to take a look. No stranger to DIY, I thought, I'll just get the bath out and see what is going on. Now it's clear the job is probably beyond my skill set. I need someone to complete the removal of the bath and find out what is going on beneath / behind it - find the leak! This might involve replacing some floor board and definitely requires some new GIB on the garage ceiling. The job might also require some basic plumbing and tiling skills to put things right again afterwards.
