Three small jobs, 1 / Water damaged ceiling panel to be replaced (leek has been fixed) 2/ Investigate and repair source of water damage in upstairs ensuite bathroom 3/ Water damage under a window sill repaired. This is an urgent job,which we would like completed by the end of January by a fully qualified tradesperson.
