Leak in Roof

***URGENT*** Ceiling board sodden, clearly a leak from the roof but I cant tell where. Looks to be a slow leak that has rotten the board and heavy rain fall last night has caused a bulge. only damp insulation on top and damp board, crumbles to touch. Need repair of ceiling board and leak proofing the roof ASAP. FYI access is restrictive, but the point where the damage is, is next to the ceiling access point.

Deck leak

We have an old deck which is leaking. Obviously the whole thing needs replacing but looking for a solution ASAP to keep it watertight for another 12 months or so. I put a plastic flashing on initially but it has failed after a couple of months (see pics). Also possible there is another leak somewhere else.
