Repair area underneath front door, where concrete meets weatherboard

Looking for quotes for having the below addressed - ideally to be done in the next month or so on a dry day. The area between the underneath of the front door, where the concrete meets the weatherboard has deteriorated and is now letting in moisture/pests. Want to either have this repaired or replaced (whichever is the best option), and then sealed up correctly again so it is moisture-proof. See photos for closeups
