Damp subfloor

Drainwork (either new channel drain or fixing up current)

Looking to fix up drainage on the driveway. Currently a very poorly designed channel takes water towards the house and looking to either put in a channel drain or ideally just dig out and re-concrete a better angled drain to keep the water away from the house and the brick veneer cladding (which then just soaks it up). Shower waste drain blocked

The wastewater from the bathroom to the outlet outside the house is blocked and needs to be unblocked. We have tried the plug and anti-block product, but this doesn't resolve it. Wastewater flows through very slowly from the bathroom and is piped to an outside outlet that now overflows onto the terrace (where it should get rid of the wastewater under the ground)

Drainage behind garage to prevent water ingress into garage

I have a detached garage that need some form of draining, trench to prevent water to flood. This only happens during very heavy persistent rain. I want something affordable. I have been quoted in the range of $7k to 10K which is over the top. I think a trench filled with gravel will help in the natural draining.

We have a steep 1/4 acre section with a small spring at the top meaning we have a lot of water to manage. Previous drainage works aren't quite cutting it so we need to up our game.
