Hi, the pipes in the galley coming from kitchen sink/dishwasher are clogged. Water is running through the taps/dishwasher but there is a lot of buildup in the outdoor piping which may be causing the ripe smell under the house. Our sink sometimes stutters as well if it is full.

Slow Draining Blocked Toilet

Remove blockage and advise why this is a persistent problem (pipework has blocked 4 or 5 times in the last six months). We moved into the property six months ago and it’s been an ongoing issue. In the first weekend (using a toilet snake) I removed a pair of underwear someone had stuffed down the toilet … I can’t unclog this latest blockage.

I have a twin kitchen sink (with insinkerator) that is backing up with water when the tap is left on. It will eventually drain slowly so it’s not fully blocked. At the front gate of our property we get quite bad flooding by the front gate corner (as indicated). A potential solution is to set up a small drain and perhaps feed a pipe (from the drain) under the hedge down to meet the storm water pipe leading down from a garage nearby. Looking for advice on this as a potential solution (or other options) and to help with a fix.

I have a blocked sewage pipe that I've tried to clear myself through various means including with hot water, baking soda, vinegar, chemicals, plumbers snake etc. I have gained access as close as I can to the blockage and still can't clear it. Near this access point is where the pipe turns the corner and heads steeply downhill. It's time to get someone with better equipment and know how to deal with it properly.

Under sink bathroom drainpipe cracked and needs replacing
