Replace leaking join in waste water pipe.

Storm water drain repair

Our back yard has clay storm water guttering, but the underground drainage pipes from it are blocked or broken. One side only lets a trickle through and feels like it has roots in it. The other side is completely blocked or broken. We would like it sorted so our back yard no longer floods during heavy rain. We are in Tawa (4 kiwi place). Advice on drain pipes and whether we need or can replace with new ones

We are currently painting our house and have 2 vertical drain pipes which run into the ground from the roof. We are wanting to know if these are required or whether we can replace them with new pipes. we also have another pipe which exits the kitchen outside the weatherboard and into the main drain - can we "tidy" this up? Unblock two drains and investigate bathroom sink earthy smell

We have two blocked drains (outdoor) - one thats below the kitchen and one next to the washhouse. Also our bathroom basin has an unpleasant earthy (more earthy than sewage) smell permeating from it - sometimes it's stronger than others. We tried putting some space invader in the gaps at the bottom of the basin to no avail. It goes away/dissipates slightly if we put a dehumidifier next to the basin.

I have a leak under the house and outside the house and the storm water drain at the kerb has been running for 2 days. I turned the water off at the toby yesterday and it didn't stop any of the leaks. I also think that I have a partially blocked drain as the bathroom sink has started to gurgle when the water goes down :-( I want someone ASAP so I will try the white pages if I can't get someone from here today.

Leak in cupboard on ground level

The property is a 3 story high townhouse and backs onto a dirt cliff. There is a leak on the bottom level in a cupboard, however behind the cupboard I believe is inaccessible. I am trying to find help with how I might identify the source of the leak and fix it. A general plumber has been and could not determine.
