Water Tank Pipe needs to be cut, Toby's needs to be replaced

4 pictures showing front, outlets and side view of the water tanks – the white pipe needs to be cut short so that it terminates minimum 100mm above the outlet sump grate. The top cover only of this toby needs to be replaced as it is damaged. Toby’s located on the footpath relating to the existing house and the new build (4 pictures) One of these tobys manifolds on the footpath is damaged on the interior. The entire manifold needs to be cut out, a new one installed, and then new asphalt placed around. *Job must be completed by Thursday!
