Blocked up

Our toilet is blocked, hardly used as it's a spare one in the laundry. It's happened once before and bought some pallets from Mitre10 which helped but it's happened again and the flush isn't strong enough to suck it down.

Please fix my leaky/blocked kitchen sink!

We've lifted the vinyl in our kitchen and noticed some water damage on the floor centred around the kitchen sink. Possibly connected to the fact that lately our kitchen sink has been getting blocked up - using the plunger will sort it each time. However, the pipe into the ground outside that runs from the kitchen has also been been overflowing sometimes as well.
