House situated in the Wester Hills in Belmont on a slope. House built in the 1950s and noticed that basement gets damp patches during rainy days. I believe my stormwater pipes needs some maintenance, upgrade or potentially installing new ones. See the damp patches on the carpet in the basement floor. A hatch was opened to see check moisture behind walls and it seems quite damp.
