Stormwater Drainage

I need somebody to help me resolve a problem with a "pond" that keeps forming in my garden, I'm looking for somebody to connect a drain to a storm pipe to allow the water that keeps accummulating in the garden to flow free away, I've attached some pictures that best illustrate the problem. In the pictures you will see the pond and the pathway that leads to the storm pipe that I want to reach, the distance is something about 7 meters long, along the way there tiles that can be lifted to allow the digging (there is need to break any concrete/cement - it is just tiles).
