Please fix my leaky/blocked kitchen sink!

We've lifted the vinyl in our kitchen and noticed some water damage on the floor centred around the kitchen sink. Possibly connected to the fact that lately our kitchen sink has been getting blocked up - using the plunger will sort it each time. However, the pipe into the ground outside that runs from the kitchen has also been been overflowing sometimes as well.

Will came to install a new outdoor water cylinder for us. Our hot water pressure is now insanely good, better than we could have hoped for. Very impressed with Wills workmanship and professionalism. An easy going, honest chap who's easy to deal with and very responsive.
