"I was very pleased to have this job done and was kept informed of problems and progress. Good communication with pleasant tradesman. I will comment on workmanship once the job has passed council inspection. I am an out of city landlady so can't comment on professionalism except to say they got on and completed the job as quickly as they could fit it in with other job commitments."
