Feral And random smell!

We have an intermittent nasty sewage smell since we renovated several years ago and installed new bathroom, kitchen, laundry etc. It comes and goes And so far we have been unable to diagnose the issue further than suspecting it’s a possible vent pipe issue. We have a video of a smoke test which showed weakness in a pipe join which was thought to be the issue however that’s been fixed with sealant and the smell remains. We are looking for someone with experience in diagnosing issue...

Blocked kitchen sink

The kitchen sink has been blocked since the weekend after someone put kumara skins through the waste disposal. We have tried plunging etc. time to call in the experts

Drain unblock / filler

Need our drain un blocked. Water sits in the same place. We managed to inblock most of it but it’s still sitting lower. The water was getting under the house along with waste master food but we have cleaned this up. We need something around the pipes so nothing gets under the house when the drain is full.

Under house waste master over flow

Our drain had been blocked which caused our water and waste master to over flow back under the house. The drain is now unblocked but the waste has gone on our polythene. There is a bit to remove and will need some kind of sucking machine to get it out as there is only one way under the house - through our understairs hole. Need someone out ASAP as it is smelling our house out.

Repair leaking drain pipe

We're about to put underfloor insulation and a ground vapour barrier under the house, but saw that the drain pipe from the kitchen sink seems to be leaking. Looks like a pipe/connection needs to be replaced Would be great to get a quick check of other drains under there before the plastic goes down as well. The access under the house is pretty good because of the sloping site.

Leaking pipe

External wall in driveway appears to be leaking. Unsure where water goes or comes from as cannot see any drains on plans in this area. Water coming from being rock wall as shown in photo, sorry its not very clear.

Stormwater drain repair / unblocking

We have an old terracotta pipe that has cracked / gaping hole that we are needing repaired. The pipes it’s connected to are also blocked so minimal water is draining out to the cutters. Potentially wanting to replace the pipes to the road to PVC (depending on cost) but preferable to just repair and unblock for now!

Solution for water pooling around the house

When it rain water pools around the house. I think I need soak holes or water soak strips as down pipes just run on the ground. Water also pools in the garden next to the pavement. This was not always the case.

Spouting replacement and blocked drain

Blocked drains

I have two downpipes from my home running into drains that are said to be blocked . I had some tradesman in doing house piles and they reported the drains were blocked. I was aware one had been blocked in the past. Doesn't appear to be causing problems as the house is in Petone and surface water just drains away but would like the problem resolved. Have had problems with the sewage drain in the past but not recently.

There is a small drain in the driveway that is not coping with the rainwater and the driveway becomes flooded. Also I suspect that one of the storm water drains may be blocked. I need a quote to fix these issues as I have no idea of cost.

Pipe repair

We thought we had a leak so dug up garden to find 2 different size pipes leading into the main sewage pipe we need joints connected as the pipes appear to just go into each other with no joins.

Blocked sewerage drain from Toilet

Toilet is draining increasingly slowly. Have removed toilet and confirmed blockage is not in the S-bend of the toilet and the water level below the toilet is sitting around 300mm below the drain hole. Need drain blockage to be found and cleared.

Rental bathroom
