We would ideally like to expand our facilities and build a large gathering hall (400m2+) on the neighbouring property. However, before we purchase the neighbouring property, we would like to find out where on that property is suitable for building a large gathering hall. We understand that building and resource consents will likely be required, but we wish to know how big of a building we can build, and what sites on the property will be suitable for building.
