To provide a comprehensive geotechnical report on a retaining wall/ fence that is not up to building code to support legal proceedings. The wall/fence was built in September by the owner who calls himself a builder & the wall & fence is already tipping towards our side boundary & the water, soil & sediment is all coming through the wall & pouring down into our property.
