The section is located at 4 Parkland Rise, Omokoroa Western BOP. The original report restricted the bore holes running through the centre of the section and therefore the building line restriction matched the bore holes. A more expansive geo tech report is required to expand the building envelope beyond the current building line restriction by surveying bore hole samples closer to Parkland Rise to the north to give a true indication of the building envelope.
