Hi, I've been in the game for over 20 years having cut my teeth as a youngster working with various old chippies in the greater ponsonby area on new builds and restorations/renovations of old villas and bungalows, new decks, roofing, fences, landscaping etc. I have a detailed knowledge of traditional building methods and am up to speed with the current building code. I have access to various subcontractors, electricians etc. I give estimates and work to an hourly rate.
