Concrete or timber base for garden shed

Need a suitable foundation built for a garden shed approx 1.7m W x 1.4m D x 1.8m H to sit on. Available space for footing / slab / frame is max 1.8m W x 1.5m D. some photos attached. Easy to clear the area. There is timber framing with piled supports that could be attached to for timber frame, but suspect concrete footing would be best. Incline of soil run from front to back, so would need to be levelled.
