Hi, I'm Steven I have been building for over 10 years and have experience in all fields of building and Carpentry and have done many projects that involve landscaping, roofing, gardening and even cabinetry. One thing about me and my work is that I always aim to be clean and precise, from the measurements at the start of the job to the clean up at the end. No jobs are too big or too small. I tend to work on my own for small jobs and have a small team of builders on hand for bigger jobs. Happy

Jeff impressed us on his site visit, making it clear that he understood what we needed done and had the skills needed to complete the work. He managed to address our long-standing damp issue in only five days, and communicated well throughout the process, explaining each step. Jeff and Deborah showed more professionalism than some larger companies I have used in the past, and I would recommend them highly.

Roof leaking
Metal Roof Leaks & Repair Wood Bay , Waitakere

Highly recommended! The job turned out more difficult than expected, so our roofs not totally fixed. Jeff kept up with excellent level of communications, we understood the problem with how our roofs were built. Although our roofs still leak, we are satisfied with the efforts and good workmanship. During the job, Jeff & team came as scheduled and provided us with detailed descriptions of the work involved. We appreciated. There was scaffolding hire $9k contributing to very high cost of the job.

Hopeless. Jeff arranged to come over first thing on a public holiday. He didn't turn up. We texted him a reminder, he texted back to apologise. Not great, but easily recoverable. However, he then failed to respond to any of our subsequent messages asking when/if he would be coming over. 2 days later and we still haven't heard back. Hopeless. Too much of a risk so dropped.
