Please fix my leaking roof

I have a leak in my roof that I"m looking to get fixed asap as it's already caused considerable damage to my ceiling, and it is dripping inside to such an extent that at the moment I'm just trying to prevent my carpet getting ruined too. Perhaps you are someone with some investigative skills who can identify the source of the leak? Need old tin roof removed, trusses and frames inspected and repaired if needed, insulation checked and topped up, and new colour steel installed. House is "L" Shaped, single story and foot print is 104sqm.

Repair leaking roof

Looks like the roof has lifted in one or two areas and has a leak causing the ceiling to sag in hallway. Need a repair before bad winter weather sets in. We are looking at potentially replacing the roof next year so something short term would be ideal. Welcome to come anytime to inspect however access inside the house will need to be arranged from 5pm.

Our house has a corregated iron roof, which was new new 13 years ago. Part of the roof now seems to leak and I'm not sure if it is the internal gutter or that the job done 13 years ago wasn't good. We have evidence that it was substandard in parts - hence my title that this part may just need complete re roof. But it leaks in certain rain and not in others. the house is in Mangakino. The current roofing is in good condition so the job may be mostly labour only.

Gee

I had the deck enclosed with a sun roof with the clear plastic sheets, the angle of the roof was not done properly and the roof leaks. I would like the roof frame to be cut and the clear roof be completely redone. The water is blown back on the roof and causes the leaks. If possible I would like someone to look at what has been done so as to get the full idea of what I am trying to explain.

Re roof 1977 lockwood with add rafters and insulation

looking at purchasing a 1977 Lockwood in Turangi. It has no insulation or ceiling cavity, so will need reroofing to add insulation with addition of rafters. currently has decromastic roofing but happy with alternatives such as iron. 120m2 floor area with gable roof. Just need an idea of what this would cost to do. I have the building file if needed. Thanks Jayne
