Bathroom Refresh

We have a 1920's Bungalow style home, bathroom was remodelled 25-30 years ago and needs a refresh. The room is approx. 9-10m3, no changing of layout with the bath, vanity and shower being replaced. Bathroom has aluminium window already but sill has rot and will need work. Would also like the room relined with improvement the insulation to the external wall and window if possible. Taps on bath and vanity are near new and will be reused, all other fittings to be replaced.

Shower repair

My house is around 8 years old. My shower is a plastic stand alone box type shower. Shower is leaking on both sides at the bottom of the door at floor level and the framing is rotten. There is residual damage. Has probably been leaking since it was installed.

We are looking too pull out some old kitchen joinery... on one wall and push wall back round two feet put new joinery in...mybe walk in pantry, is an old 1915 villa and half kitchen done... just need rest of old cupboards pull out and replaced.... so looking for joiner/builder..a.with few ideas...

want to open up say 3 rooms into open plan area -new kitchen - big new slide doors, so wicked lintiling - shift diesel fire - will need some plumbing for kitchen, electrical of course, i'm imagining having to re-truss roof? above reno area. hopefully continue using existing T&G flooring as base though it needs repaired, couple new windows

Scrim removal and relining

Scrim removal and relining of 4 rooms including installing building paper and insulation to exterior walls and supply and install of new architraves. 1930's brick clad timber framed house. Two of the rooms are 12x13 ft one is 14x16ft and one is 13x14ft. We take possession of the house on 20 April and would like to get at least 2 of the rooms done as soon as possible after that.
