Hi, i need 2 prices for this job: 1. How much it will cost for a make over, perhaps keeping the current kitchen getting rid of the wall paper and giving it a paint over, making it tidy. 2. Cost of full make over & fixing the piles. Also doing something to the backyard, cleaning it up a bit, as i may consider selling it back on the market. Please itemise the costs- painting, repairs (to what) etc. The property is empty, can be viewed on tuesday for the quotation. I need the quotes by wednesday night. Thanks, Karl
