Our 1900s approx built 2 bedroom weatherboard home is too small, we need to demolish the existing bathroom and laundry, then extend the house out by approximately 4m the south wall and 6 m east wall, and within the new floor area put in a new kitchen, lounge, bathroom, laundry and a third bedroom.
