Renovation

Our 1900s approx built 2 bedroom weatherboard home is too small, we need to demolish the existing bathroom and laundry, then extend the house out by approximately 4m the south wall and 6 m east wall, and within the new floor area put in a new kitchen, lounge, bathroom, laundry and a third bedroom. We also are considering adding a garage on at the same time.We do not yet have any plans, but are anxious to get started.My brother is a builder and has the concept drawn up but we need an architect, and a builder.We wish to reinvent the character of the building, its on a lifestyle block in invercargill.
