Remove supporting interior wall and replace with beam

Need to fit appropriate beam to support colorsteel roof rafters in house originally built in 1950's. Approximate length of wall is 3.9m. Eventually wall will be removed at a later date as part of an ongoing renovation. Need assistance with any council permit. Existing walls are timber frame on timber floor, with timber piles. There is access to under the floor and in the ceiling. Would like to have the job completed by October. Need an LBP to carry out this work.

We've bought a caravan and the door is missing from the bathroom. We'd like it sorted asap please. The previous door apparently came off in transit. It was a hinged door, the striker is still in place on the jamb though we're open to suggestion.
