Studio room renovation
Job description
We bought a house in 2017, that was built in 2008, it had what we believe to be a potential studio room built on the section that has never been finished, we need a quote to complete this project, scope includes, installation of stacking door in the front, removing existing entry and replacing with wall to match existing, insulating with sound proofing batts and lining with sound proofing Gib, adding decking out the front c/w a tiled pathway from the studio to house entrance gate

So the project was split into 2 jobs, 1 being the main studio room upgrade (medium size job) and the other being the replacement of the skirtings in the lounge area after new floor was installed, they chose not to submit a price for the studio room and proved to be a wee bit difficult in informing us of the fact, they did submit a price for the skirting job which they did with ease being a fairly small job, it is a real shame they did not price the studio upgrade.
