He had a good look at the issue and then advised me that no repair work was necessary, reassuring me that there wasn't a serious issue. Everything ran on time (even when there was trouble sourcing grout), or having to work around my schedules. He kept to budget and finished promptly - sorting out the other contractors to do the jobs when needed. He let me know how and when and why. I absolutely would have no problem getting Jason to do work again and would recommend to others.

All we can say is WOW. Our bathroom has been transformed in a matter of weeks. The old bathroom was sad, dingy, tired, plus needed some TLC with leaks and it just wasn't looking its best, but with the help of Alan and his team of efficient, talented, and detailed tradies we feel like we are stepping into a luxurious bathroom at an expensive spa and its incredible. Alan was a dream to work with, great communication, incredibly helpful, upfront, honest, and reliable. Highly recommend Alan to all!!

Alan and his team of sub-contractors have done an amazing job on my bathroom re-fit and renovation. It was a complete transformation from my 70's peach decor to a modern clean space with beautiful white fittings. Alan's communication with me was above and beyond and he explained all processes clearly and I knew exactly what was happening each day. The building site was left tidy each night and most happily the job came within budget. I would recommend Alan to anyone who has a bathroom project

Sorry but I did not have a good experience at all, took far too long 4 weeks + and far too many small problems all along the way but in saying that he did come back to rectify alot of them and his communication was super fast. I wouldn't do it again.
