Pre-purchase inspection identified elevated moisture readings around all sides of the shower. A hole knocked in the wall by movers was opened up and moisture damage found - but full extent not known. Job requires investigation and remedy of moisture damage (may include plasterboard and framing), potential removal of internal wall between existing shower and vanity and installation of new shower cubicle and tapware.
