Electric shower

The mother in law has an electric shower in her unit out back. The model is the Triton T80. It's started leaking badly when the power is on. I'm optimistic it's just needs a hose replacement, but I'm heading overseas tomorrow! I'd really appreciate it if someone who knows their way around these units could take a look. The mother in law will be here to meet with you and we'll be able to pay.
